Back when I was your age....

Ever find it crazy how much real estate costs in your home town? Back a couple years ago, an Island in my home town Branford sold for $23 Million. Cruising for real estate in New Haven and Vermont, I came across this piece of land in neighboring Guilford. Wow! Not quite a steal. I'm going to stick to oggling Vermont homes like this one, definately THIS ONE and a realistic investment, this one.
